When you book a tour, join a waiting list or send an enquiry, we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number and email, your child's first name and date of birth, preferred days and start date, and any message you include.

How we use it

We use your details only to respond to your enquiry, arrange a visit, manage our waiting lists and contact you about a place for your child. We do not sell or share your information with third parties for marketing.

How we store it

Enquiries are stored securely on Cloudflare infrastructure and can only be viewed by authorised Little Shining Stars staff. We keep enquiry records only as long as we need them for these purposes.

Website analytics

We use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how families use our website, such as which pages are visited. This does not identify you personally.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete the information we hold about you at any time by contacting your centre. If you have a privacy concern, please contact us first. You can also contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
